Conceptual Design

The design was an immersive space for 60 guests that showcased TikTok’s ability to redefine fandom for the future of media, film, and television. The journey guided guests through a welcome reception and summit, concluding with an exclusive, curated dinner.

The evening was a seamless blend of modern sophistication and timeless elegance. The result was an immersive celebration of creativity and community.

WELCOME WALL

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed at the entrance, where a textured Venetian plaster wall, featuring the debossed TikTok logo. This tactile installation not only elevated the visual aesthetic but created an immediate connection to the brand.

COCKTAIL RECEPTION

The evening began with an intimate cocktail reception, bathed in soft, ambient patterned lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Organic materials and lush botanicals infused the space with natural elegance, complementing the sleek modernity of the branded LED content wall positioned at the heart of the lounge. The wall featured a refined blend of rustic Venetian plaster and LED screens that showcased TikTok’s "Redefining Fandom" campaign.

SUMMIT / CONFERENCE

A minimalist stage set the scene for visionary discussions. A curved LED screen at the center provided a dynamic visual experience with fluid transitions and engaging animations. Industry professionals and thought leaders, including special guest Amy Poehler, delved into how platforms like TikTok Spotlight is transforming fan engagement. The stage design and cinematic visuals highlighted the event's emphasis on innovation and creativity.

DINNER EXPERIENCE

The highlight of the evening was an elegant dinner where Mediterranean fresco and limestone-inspired design met modern sophistication. A custom X-shaped table served as the stunning centerpiece, surrounded by unique textured florals that shimmered with an iridescent glow. Minimalist modular furniture complemented the setting, blending seamlessly into the design. A bespoke hand-carved bar, integrating digital content, aligned perfectly with the event’s theme. The exclusive dining experience was elevated by TikTok Chef Owen in collaboration with The Copper Key, adding a touch of culinary refinement.

GUEST GIVEAWAY

As guests departed, they received a branded Stanley cup and a delectable chocolate treat as a thoughtful parting gift. A personalized thank-you note added a warm, finishing touch, making the evening truly unforgettable.
